I found the Italian style meatballs in Sainsburys
    Journey restarted April 2012.
The story so far.... Started SW in Feb 09, lost nearly 4 stone, got to Target in Aug 09, struggled to maintain, stopped going to classes and well and truly fell off the wagon with a thud! Then met a guy, fell in love, just moved in together, didn't even consider diet / exercise. Result = I'm even heavier now than I was when I started SW!!! Right then, time to sort this out. So I'm back!.......

I recommend making your own meatballs. I made some last night with quorn mince, garlic, onion, eggs and fry light spray. They were gorgeous! I'm sure i saw the recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs on here earlier x

I picked up some of the frozen Cumberland sausages and normal sausages on offer in Tesco this evening - both reduced to £1 (saving 99p and 89p respectively) which is a bargain. Stock up!

I was standing in front of the freezer cabinet with my list, getting funny looks!!! lol!

I tried the Tesco's own brand meatfree lincolnshire sausages, 6 pack, frozen, they are free & really nice, their meatfree mince is only 4.5 syns for the whole bag & is about half the price of the quorn mince but just over double the size
