My positives for today are
1. Did a job that I have been putting off for ages and feel sooo much better for having finally done it.
2. Didn't automatically have a choccie when hubby had one, instead I waited til I actually wanted one.
3. Actually felt hungry at teatime, which meant I hadnt been picking all day.
I drank some water, havent thought about food quite so much as usual... I could go on......![]()
