uve done so well hun, stick with it. ull be at goal before u know it.
think we all get fed up with dieting sometimes, just remember the reasons u started and hopefully that will pick u up.

5 week challenge
Goal 1 - get through first week. done
Goal 2 - get under 200lbs. done
Goal 3 - get in the 13s. done
Goal 4 - lose a stone. done
Goal 5 - get in the 12s
Goal 6 - refeed correctly
wk 1 - 12lbs gone
wk 2 - 5lbs gone
wk 3 - 10 shakes till weigh in 3
wk 4 - refeed due to holiday (cant wait to eat)
wk 5 -

Feel free to moan whenever you need to - there will be plenty of us thinking and feeling exactly the same. In fact - today I feel like I don't care about being slim anymore! Sod it all! Grrrr x
