    Hi all

    I've decided, to do Cambridge diet, need a shock to the system, keep putting on a few pounds... Loosing a few.. It's like a circle going on going off.
    I've done cd before and once you get in the zone, it's easy, first few days very hard though. But, it's what I want to do, I get bored fast, so fast weightloss or extreme diets are good for me. Thinking of four to eight weeks, I'll def be bored by then!
    But hope to loose at least 2st. Minimum!
    That's my challenge.

And I reined in the weekend cals, as I was drifting for like 2 to 3 days at a higher amount per week. Going to try and do it again this week.....would love another 2 lb gone !! Aiming for 7 lbs again this month.

    I'm on day 2 of cd. It's hard but will be worth it. I'm starving though, but I'm always hungry, I'll even eat when I'm full, I always can manage to pick at food no matter how full to the brim I am.

    Stay strong Karen which im sure you will and thank you for your words of encouragement your right only I can change this and having just caught up with obese a year to change my life ( with the guy I'm going to run off with by the way lol ) he said something that really struck a chord so much so as I really related to it . One of the ladies put on 11 pounds in 4 days after a mammoth binge and he said sometimes you have to reach rock bottom I. E when you ve been doing really well and then when this happens it does make you realise you really want it and I really want it so I'm putting my gain behind me x

    So, I'm still being good, slim for summer is my aim. I never done the bootcamp, tbh it's too cold, no way I want to be out in that!

    Had my eyebrows threaded yesterday, I swear every time I have it done it hurts more! Watched Jessie? on obese year to save my life and now I'm just laying on sofa watching biggest looser USA, candles on, heating full blast, this is my kind of afternoon

    I'm here! Sorry haven't been around much this week - have seriously bad totm this week and it's completely wiped me out. I've been so tired and emotional all week. Have eaten rubbish too so not looking forward to Monday weigh in. Also my phone has gone in for repair so am using my mums old Nokia which doesn't have the internet on it so have only been able to get online in the evenings but because I've been so tired, I haven't been on much. I really hope once it's passed I'll be feeling more positive, but right now I'm a bit of a wreck and can't seem to control it. I hate months like this!

    Anyway, I'll try and post tomorrow or over the weekend - we have another CDWM tomorrow night so that should cheer me up. Am off to bed now so will speak soon.

    I have just made Veggie Stuffed Peppers for dinner this evening, going to serve them with a huge green salad. They smell super yummy, so looking forward to them !!! Done my miles, and just had my lunch and a nice Cuppa.
