    Long story short

To sum up I lost a lot of weight last year, from 21st.2lbs down to 14st.7lbs all on the Cambridge diet .

BUT.... due to a relationship break down, living out of hotels, meeting my new partner and the inevitable date nights/meals out Ive put almost all me weight back on.

I was back up to 19.8 last week but lost 11lbs in by first week so now down to 18.11.

I want to be down to 14stone by the 28th of may, what do you guys think?

ps I was on the Cambridge forum but its dead

    Hey!

Boo to relationship breakups, sorry to hear it. But YAY to a new relationship and lots of date nights.

I think your goal date may be a little too early, but then I've seen people lose that much in that short of a timespan.

Are you using Cambridge again this time?

I'm no expert about it, but perhaps something more long-term maintainable might suit better?

Good luck with whatever you're doing, anyway. And keep us posted!
