Here I go again.....
After losing a stone and a half at the beginning of the year ....I have put it back on again ! I do wonder why I stopped in the first place when I was doing so well. But I have now gained the confidence to start exercising in public ! I go to Zumba every Monday which is so much fun.... And I have joined my local gym which I go to on my own ( I used to only go if I was with my brother!)
So now hopefully I can get back into the routine of eating healthily ! Let's just hope I dont go mad at christmas.

Hiya! You sound so similar to me, I lost 22lbs and although not all back on it has gradually crept/creeping back up! I am annoyed/completely disgusted with myself at the moment because I know how better I felt about myself a bit lighter. I just want control and my good habits back. How about you?
I have joined a gym too which helps when I actually go!
