Have just relised to my horror i have gone over my syns for the day, i had two wholemeal rolls, with my home made burgers and salad, forgetting the fun sized maltesers i had this morning...trying as hard as i can not to go and scoff a load of chocolate now that i have gone over anyway!!! so annoyed and i was doing so well :cry:
You are still doing well hun - all you need to do is have a few less syns tomorrow. Its not as if you went out and had a large domino pizza and family sized bar of galaxy. You are probably talking about less than 100 calories so in the big picture its nothing at all :)
Now you've put it like that feel slightly better. Puts it into perspective! Just so worried about having s gain this early on into restarting. On a plus side didn't end up stuffing my face with chocolate after feeling disheartened so that's something lol will take your advice and have less syns tomorrow- thanks hun
