This is going to sound really pathetic but I feel crap. I was all set to my 1200 calories for today and then I had a slice of cake and a mini Toblerone. Now I'm way over and it's too late to go now for a run or anything. And I'm just sat here feeling like I've let myself down. Do you think I'll be alright if I go for a run tomorrow to make up for the extra calories I ate today?
