Here we go again...

Ok all, I'm starting back again...I don't have a massive amount of weight to lose, perhaps a stone to a stone and a half overweight...but would like to shift it and get down near 9 stone (roughly at 10st 10lbs right now, at 5'3"). I'm trying to find the motivation, as I can go great for a few days on a diet, but towards the weekend I start slipping again. I have tried Weight Watchers, Slimming World and My Fitness Pal. Not sure what is best to do this time around...really want to do something that I can stick to (during the week and at the weekends) to lose this weight for once and for all. Does anybody have inspiration of any sort for me??? xoxo
 
Hiya just saw your post, how have you got on ? Which plan did you decide to go with ? I find slimming world the best, i actually enjoy it rather than seeing it as a diet :)
 
Hey - I actually decided to give My Fitness Pal a go again...I have the app on my phone and have been tracking my calories since I started back yesterday morning. I loved Slimming World because I was never ever hungry on it (there's really no excuse to be hungry on it) but I get very lazy tracking my syns. I just went with MFP this time around for the simple reason that I can track my progress on my Blackberry, can follow other friends progress and get inspiration from the things they are eating... Logging my intake is SO important for me, because I find myself slipping into bad habits when I don't log every morsel that goes into my mouth...kind of cod myself that I'm eating less than I am!!! How long have you been following SW?
