    I am back!

    So after losing 9 stone in weight a couple of years I have managed to keep 7 stone of it off but I am back to lose that 2 stone as well as a bit more. I am calling it my summer body challenge and have 4 months to achieve it and I want to be able to run 5km as well. Wish me luck!
