I lost lots of weight a few years ago and maintained it up until last year when I gained most of it back. Now I weigh nearly what I did when I was heavy. I promised myself I wouldn't get this weight again, but I did.
Started again and so far have lost 5 pounds. Still so much to lose though.
Hoping I can lose the weight again at a steady rate although haven't lost anything this week but that could be because of the time of the month!
This time I hope the lose the weight and keep it off permanently.
