Serial diet switcher but how do I stop?
I'm one of those people who has tried every diet going but now I just can't seem to stick with one for any length of time because I constantly compare them. It's so frustrating but I just can't get out of the habit.
I promised myself I would not be in the same place this xmas as I was last but it's quickly approaching and I'm still in the same st bracket. I dread to think the amount of times I've joined and rejoined a diet club but then think I'll do better on the other so switch.
I need to break this cycle but really don't know how.
