    Starting Again

    Starting again..Always feel like I am staring again. Really want to break this chain. I had a few months of sickness and fell into depression.

    Starting low carb and going to the gym. I really need more ideas of low carb recipes. Any help appreciated..tips, recipes.

    To the gym? Yeah im trying. I have really hurt my achilles on my ankle so made me feeling more down as I was jogging so avoided the gym.

    BUT I've updated my ipod and im really trying not to get depressed. Its defo hard.

    Not as much as I should really. I need to be more organised and try and plan them. Sometimes I just do it on the day but that's not good.

    Good luck. I too am going through PTSD and depression, but I know that my weight has a major contribution to how I feel. If I can rebuild my confidence I will become mentally stronger to battle my demons.
