Well my diet starts today 3 jan - as was sisters birthday yesterday so last blow out, and stocked fridge up with healthy foods .

Trying to be as clean as possible ; so bit paleo/low carb / low calorie / 5:2- tried few plans , trying find something that's fits with the family .

Brought a rosemary Conley magazine , very inspiring . Realise I but toooo much good , so either gets wasted or eaten in one go !

Snack jacks - ok 1 or 2 , but I ate nearly half a pack ! Wouldn't do they with apples ;)
 
good luck = there'll be lots of us like you starting afresh this week - hope you record your progress - it's always good to see how everyone is doing - even when they're going thro a tough patch - we all have those - hope 2014 sees you reaching your goal!
