Back after 2 years - 3 stone heavier!

Hey guys!

Decided to rejoin this site as motivation to help me lose the weight ive gained over the last year. Bit depressing returning and seeing "my current weight" when I last logged in - would love to be that weight again! I tend to plateau around 11 stone and lose motivation and then find myself gaining the same weight over and over. Its got to the point where I cancel evenings out with friends because I dont want to be pictured next to skinny friends or because I have been reduced to tears after trying on every item of clothing in my wardrobe, I Have also just started seeing somebody new and I find my low self esteem regarding my body is already having an impact so want to make a change (again).

I am planning to calorie count as when I usually do faddy diets I tend to binge and I tend to abandon them at that point.

Wish me luck....I certainly need it :wave_cry:

Hey,

Dont beat yourself up about it, you'll find something that works and it'll all be worth it. It's so difficult to stick it out.

I'm having a similar problem, need to find something I can stick to long term as I end up going all out for whatever reason then never going back to a 'diet'.

I'm back too after losing over 6 stone in 2010 but having but 2 stone back on last year.
