Restarting for the millionth time....
or so it feels!
I've already tried 3 diets since the 1st Jan (!) Tried Exante but couldnt get my head in the right place to do it. Kept fighting myself. 3rd Jan switched to Slimfast as i thought with it being half food half shakes i'd like it but the shakes upset my tummy quite badly. So have finally settled on WW old points to see me through the forseeable. Its going to be a long journey but the sooner i start the sooner i'll finish. (hopefully 10 stone lighter and with a greater knowlegde of healtheir food and lifestyles)
I have a family holiday coming up in July but i've not actually decided on a target for it yet. Would be nice not to have to worry about fitting in the seats or doing up the seatbelt though. Im 23st 2.5lbs so any and all suggestions welcome.
