I have just been reading a forum for weight loss and came across a thread where people were discussing how busy gyms get in january and how they were looking forward to it getting less busy as 'new years resolutioners' drop out and give up.

How awful! We should be encouraging those that are new at the gym, regardless of when they have joined. I have rejoined the gym and reading all these nasty comments is not nice. Its a little ramble but as a struggler and restarter myself i just want go wish everyone luck for the new year! Although you can do it, regardless of whether it is new years or mid summer. X
