Hi guys, new to this forum but not new to SW, me and my OH started it last year and lost 2 stone each then it started to slip in October.. got to the Christmas period and it completely went out the window! After putting 1.5 stone of what we lost back on we decided to give it another go and try to stick to it this time!
I have a bit more to lose than my OH and struggle the most as I have such a sweet tooth - chocolate my downfall!
I'm not aiming for a certain weight but my goal is to get back into a lovely pair of size 14 jeans and some size 16 tops I kept from 2/3 years ago. I'm currently wearing size 16-18 on the bottom and size 20-22 on top. I don't mind how long it takes me, slowly is better than not at all although I'd definitely like to feel more comfortable with how I look by summer
I didn't join any forums or take much inspiration from anywhere last time but I think it will really help me to keep on track if I do so this time.. So here I am and hello all
