    I'm a veggie on SW.

Just had a flick through my food diaries and here's some of my dinners:

    Cheesy, sweet corn pasta
Cheese, onion and potato pie - from the new magazine
Quorn roast with roast potatoes, loads of veg and cheese sauce
    All day breakfast
Sausage, mash, onion gravy and veg
Veggie spag Bol with quorn mince
    Spanish omlette
Jacket potato with baked beans and salad
    Eggs, chips and beans

For snacks I usually have fruit like mango chunks with FF Greek yoghurt or if I'm feeling synful:

    Kit Kat - 5.5 syns
    Space raiders - 3 syns
Home made gingerbread latte - 7 syns
Sugar free jelly - 0.5 syns
    Quavers - 4.5 syns
Options hot choc - 2 syns
Popcorn - I measure this out into 2.5 syn bags can't remember the weight off the top of my head though
Alone lights - 2.5 or 3 syns each or 2 as HEB

There's so much you can have as a veggie. What sort of stuff are you having now?

I'm a veggie on SW too. I have the recipe book '100 green day recipes' and it's brilliant. It only cost 2.95 but there are some great recipes in it - the last one I tried was the 'Traditional Vegetable Stew' which was delish. Defo worth a try.

God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to remember the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.
