Hi all, i used to use this forum years ago for support and it helped me so much. Iv since had a baby moved away from home and my relationship has ended, after being miserable for over a year iv let myself become more and more depressed, i want to lose weight to feel good about myself but feeling miserable i just keep piling the pounds on, my willpower is through the floor, i want it so badly but im my own worst enemy and im just making things harder fir myself. What do people find easiest when dieting etc, any tips or help plz tia
