Hello,
I am back for some much needed support. 18 months ago I started with a nhs dietian and food psychologist after I had lost all my weight. While dealing with the depression issues my dietian also asked me to let go of my horrible food habits. Then having some life issues get in the way (nearly homeless). I obviously let go to much, and have been struggling with getting going again.
I have my plan, a mix of what my dietian has taught me and calorie counting to make sure I'm not relaxing to much.
I walk most days for my exercise. I have been struggling to find enjoyable exercise that's avaliable and affordable. I love ice skating but there is no rink near by. So walking is the easiest, and cheapest thing I enjoy doing. I try for 5 miles a day, but that doesn't always happen.
I have my diaries I will have to get into the habit of writing instead of eating!
