Thread: RawrGirl is....back. *sigh*

    Red face RawrGirl is....back. *sigh*

    RawrGirl joined minimins in 2012 and in 4 months reached her goal weight that she'd never been able to in 22 years of dieting. She kept it off for a little over a year, then gained it all back this past summer. She wasn't going to come back here, as she felt like such a failure, so joined a different forum, where no one bothered to talk to her. So she came back here, and is very glad she did, as this is def the friendliest weight loss forum she's ever joined. And she just discovered this thread...which while it doesn't make it any less frustrating to have gained it all back, at least she is not the only one.

    So...does anyone else find it harder/more discouraging to re-lose the weight?

    Has the experience helped you formulate a way to maintain this time around?

    Maintained for about a year and a half, then gained who knows how much over this past summer. Refuse to get on the scale, but am guessing around 150lb.

    RawrGirl's first mini-goal: Get under 31 inch waist and out of 150's

    RawrGirl's second mini-goal: Get under 30 inch waist and out of 140's

    RawrGirl's Christmas Goal: 134 lbs.

    RawrGirl's Ultimate Goal: Get to 29 inch waist and out of 130's
