I'm back and ready to lose a stone for Xmas :-)

Okay, so I''ve pretty much had two months off but phew only put 3lb on ( it could have been so much worse).

There are 6 full weeks before Christmas and I'm determined to go for it and shift a stone before then.

I'm upping the exercise and getting back on the diet wagon.

6 weeks will be gone in a flash right?

Anyone with me?

I'm aiming for another stone by christmas too... starting the gym this week to try and boost my losses because I think I'll struggle to get there otherwise x

What plan are you doing? X

I'm calorie counting which seems to be working well for me x

I was doing slimming world, but just to make life more difficult i'm cutting out all sugar, caffeine, processed foods, glutens and alcohol for a month.

However, we do have our Christmas party in a few weeks so that night I am allowing myself a planned night off as long as I stick to plan until then.

Been doing it 3 days. Had a sneaky peek on the scales this morning and the 3lb has magically disapperaed :) I'm guessing that's water though as i have gone back to drinking plenty of water this week.

I'm a big water drinker too.... I track mine with an app and aim for 3l a day. ... I struggle at weekends with that though!

I rarely drink alcohol now. .. Was drinking at least 2 glasses of wine a night at one point so don't drink at home anymore. and I've ditched caffeine apart from a very occasional cup of tea or pro plus if I need a boost :-D

I'm on the dukan diet so don't know how many calories I'm having a day. I can honestly say I'm never hungry and I've lost a stone in 2 weeks. 2 stone to go xx

I'm fairly active anyway as I have a horse that has to be mucked out every day, a dog that needs walking and I play roller derby. I have tried to up my exercise this week though by taking the stairs at work, doing a few quick treadmill sessions and doing a few exercises when I'm watching tv.

Wow, somehow I have magically managed to shift a whole half stone this week!!

I'm not sure how it happened but it's all good for me :) I'm now at the lightest I've been in ages.

How is everyone else getting on?

That's great. Maybe all the things you have removed has made a difference?
