So despite training really hard this month and getting some great results my diet has gone down the pan so hardcore starts tomorrow, NO EXCUSES next treat meal is 7th December breakfast with santa! Fingers crossed wish me luck someone

5 mile run yesterday, 1 hours weight workout at the gym, stuck to my healthy eating plan and I am 2lbs lighter this morning woo hoo. On the right track
