    Try again

    Hi all.
    Thought id post on here as it seems apt.
    Im always losing weight and putting it back on for sone strange reason. I started a VLCD diet on 7th jan. My weight was 21st6 . First weigh in lost 14lbs .
    Hopefully it will keep on going down .

    Hi Fronnie. Yea, not going bad at all. I've lost 33lbs in just under 5 months (And that includes the xmas period) - Can't moan at that really

    I love eating the Atkins way, I think that helps a lot!

    How are you finding Atkins, is it your first time round doing low carb? x

    Not the firsr time . But i enjoy it. To stop getting bored i mix it up with Meal replacement shakes so as not to get bored as easy. I need to lose a lot more yet but 21lb in two weeks isnt abad start x
