struggling?

Hi,

I've just started doing the Focus T-25 workout a week ago after many failed attempts of the insanity workout, before this my diet has been dreadful, i was eating once a day and not even hitting the 800 calories a day mark, i just don't get hungry - so i appeared never to have gained or lost a single lb! - maybe fluctuating the odd few pounds here and there.

I've just changed my diet & im now eating 3 meals a day, consuming roughly 1300 calories per day, and despite 6 - 25 minute exercises 5 days a week (Friday's are double days), my weight seems to have gone up 3lbs!. Could this be because of exercise, or my body thinking i'm going to be practically starving it again? I'm trying to get down to a health weight of around 110-115lbs, i'm currently 155lbs.
 
Your body is probably holding onto everything as it's not used to it.

Do you drink enough water?

I would say stick with it for a few weeks before you can judge if it's working or not x
 
I don't drink a lot of water at all, i've cut the coffee down to 2-3 cups per day, as prior to this i was literally surviving on coffee and 1 meal per day - i was drinking atleast 15-20 cups of coffee per day
 
wow that's a lot of coffee!

Try upping your fluid intake. ... I use an app to track mine, or try filling a bottle and making sure you drink that in addition to any tea or other drinks. ...I drink at least 3L a day. ... At least 2 of that is water and the rest is peppermint tea, hot chocolate, diet coke etc.
