    Hi everyone!

    Hi all! It's been a while! I weighed this morn and I'm at my heaviest ever! (Apart from pregnancy!!) 16st 12.6
    I usually follow weightwatchers propoints but haven't attended in a while! Guess I'm just lookin for some help/encouragement to get started!

    Well yesterday went ok and I'm down 1lb! I've an awful habit of weighing myself everyday which I know I need to stop doing! It's pointless! I have an 18mnt old son and I've never lost the baby weight! Although I was 16st when I got pregnant! I want to try for another this yr and I want to be a healthier weight as I found pregnancy so hard last time round.. I was so big and uncomfortable xx
