Ok I did SW last year for a few months and I did lose a few stone. most weight I have lost in years,I then went on holiday and had all inclusive food and drink. When i came back I struggled to get back on it and eventually abandoned it completely when Christmas was on way.
I have fallen into a fast food and takeaway rut.
drive thrus and dominos are weakness...it's just too easy, then you feel guilty afterwards. I always say , I will start next Monday But it never works.
I have been trying calorie counting last few weeks but i always end up changing (increasing)my calorie goal before the week is out.

So I am back to SW as it is only way I have lost weight and I can still eat on it.

I am going to try be more active in here to try get some motivation to stick to it & change my eating habits to stay healthy.

I need more motivation to stay on it this time.
 
Hiya, welcome back. You sound like me.

I lost 2 stone back end of last year, but then put half a stone back on over Christmas and going on holibobs. Silly me.

I was doing SW online before but struggling to get back on it, so joined group for the first time a week ago. Had an amazing loss of 7lb at weigh in last night which was my first week back. Suffice to say I'm very happy with that!

Good luck being back on it.
