Slimming world lunches

I'm struggling to find something for lunch. For most breakfasts I have weetabix or other cereal with milk and lots of fruit. But that uses my hex so I'm not sure what to have that's really easy and just for 1. I'm disabled so it can't be lots of preparation standing up. So far, I have only been having a Muller light with fruit followed by a slimming cereal bar. I know if I don't jazz it up, I will get bored and fall off the rails! Thanks! X

Try an omlette for breakfast which doesn't use any HEX's (unless you want a bit of cheese on it) , then you can use your HexB bread or a wrap or ryvita for lunch.

Why not make a nice big salad, or if you have access to a microwave a jacket spud? Jacket spud with cottage cheese is my go to lunch, or sometimes beans for a change of scene.

They are officially a "Tweak" but look for the SW potato scone recipie - they make a great bread substitute.

Also pasta salad or noodle salad?

The Slimming World is your oyster :)
