Hey everyone

Been here before..twice

So this time I'm back as I've just recently had a beautiful Little girl by csection in march and im now wanting to get slim and healthy.

I started the tablets on the 5th may weighing 209.8lbs...so I weighed myself a week later and I was 206.4lbs so quite disheartened it was a low loss..

So here I am this week ive sstarted my couch to 10k training and hoping to hit the same number this week or more!

If anyone wants to chat along the journey please feel free to drop a hi!

hi

I'm also back on the wagon until I fall off which will probably be pretty soon as I am sooooo struggling how is it going for you??

:)
hi steph, im back clinging on to the wagon. I was a member of ww and got down to 13 1/2 stone but managed to put 2 stone on which was my heaviest I had ever been, im at 14st 3lb at the moment, at only 5ft 1in im bloody massive, im hoping to lose weight so I look fabulous for my 40th birthday next year.
3 1/2lb is a fantastic start.

Hi Steph! Congratulations on your little girl :)

I'm in a similar boat. I had my son in March, my second child (of two, lol). Not a section but he was in hospital for the whole first month of his life.

But now he's home and doing well so it's time to attack those post pregnancy pounds. I was just over ten stone pre pregnancy and after having Baby I was looking at 12 stone and 9 lbs!! Before I had my first child, my little girl, I was 15 stone so I know it can be done.

Well done on the loss so far! :)

I'm also following a Couch to 10 k running program. Currently I am running for five minutes then walking for two and repeat five times.

I'm back on the wagon as well... for the umpteemph time!! lost 3st first time i decided to try and lose weight, but its all back and keep starting over and then giving up... seem to be sticking to it this time tho, using SW for the first time, despite a rather big blip!!

Good luck!!
