As ive had a bad week where it has felt like everything has gone wrong (not just the weight), I have finally woken up today feeling that I am ready to get back on track and this in itself warranted the start of a new thread. Plus its september tomorrow and i thought i should set myself a new REALISTIC September goal. This month I hope to get to the gym 4 times a week and aim for 1 litre of water a day. However easy it sounds, I am not getting to grips with the water.
I would like to get my weight down to 11 stone 5 by the end of September. I know this may not seem like a lot but its approx a loss of just over 1lb a week and will take me one step to getting closer to a normal bmi.
I think for me i must avoid any bingeing sessionsthis month which may be easier to avoid as fasting between sunrise and sunset this month.
So heres to anyone hoping to regain focus for September!

totally depressing, joined the gym now lets see if that shifts it! 2 weeks in and havent lost a pound!!
