My Mood: Rep Power: 401 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Weight Watchers Height: 5' 11" Start Date: Jan 09 2007 | Working shifts ONE of my problems is being a shift worker. My body clock is all over the place and my eating times are too. When Im night shift Im all over the place. I get up about 5pm, go to work at 10pm and get home about 7am. I do this one week in 4. Early shift isnt so bad, I actually eat at 'normal' times. Late shift isnt great either. Im up about 11am/12noon, start work at 2pm, have a meal break about 7pm, home about 11pm and bed around 3am. How do other shift workers manage round ever changing hours? |
