It would be a boost to us newer starters to meet with someone who has been through it. At the start of my diet I needed to lose at least 14 stone, though have got 4 stone off so far. How long did it take you and did you stick to it all the way through 100%...?

If you scroll to bottom of page , click on forum jump and find meeting and events in there then look for southwest meet up. I was there too it was great we went on the weds night for the record attempt. I was there with Lucky another girl from minimins.
