    It's been a while since I've been on here but as I've been struggling a bit of late I thought I'd check back

    Since my last post I've lost about another stone and have been maintaining at around 9st3 for 3 months or so now. I got a fantastic new job, a beautiful new flat and I'm starting what I hope will be a brilliant new life.

    My weight fluctuates - especially now we're approaching Christmas and the mince pies and cheeseboards come out to play! But I think the main thing is knowing that, yeah OK, I indulged and oops, I've gained 3lbs overnight (!) but get back to the routine (and hit the gym a little harder!) and it's soon gone again.

    Keep up the hard work everyone - I can honestly say that the feeling of reaching (and surpassing!) your goal is fantastic and ANYONE can do it, if you're really committed

    (PS I've attached the picture I never thought I'd see - the former 201lb girl smiling after running a 10k race in 52m24s - who'da thunk it?!)
