    I am loveing the sunny weather we are having at the moment. I really enjoy being able to wear nice summery clothes too now that I am into size 12/14 's. Being able to just walk into a shop and buy clothes off the peg is a great feeling. Jo x

    WI - 4 lbs Yay!

    After a gain last week I switched to counting points with my Weight Watchers plan. Well I am amazed at that loss. I have eaten more this week and exercised less and look a loss. I guess I must of been under eating before and counting points has made me realise this, also I may have been over exercising too. The Weight Watcher core plan is great when you have lots to lose but maybe now I am closer to my goal I need to point daily to ensure I keep on track. As for exercise I will continue for another week walking a bit less and see how that works for me next week. It has been a fantastic week. I feel like I have had a few treats I wouldn't normaly have and I have spent alot more time with m little boy Harley and Hubby because I haven't been out walking as much.

    Thanks for your kind comments. Yes I am very poud of my achievement. It has been a long journey but one well worth taking. I feel so much healthier now I have shed the lbs.
