So i am 3 stone and 5 lb down and currently 13.8 and have another 3 and half stone to go I think

Thought I'd post a couple of pictures

First one at 16.13 last year sept second one at my current weight 13.8

Thank you .... A bit of everything really, move more eat less, first started by reducing portion sizes and cutting the stuff you know is bad for you, then I limited carbs to just the day time and well now I'm working on a no carb basis, Paleo diet. It works as carbs bloat me out bigtime . I still have treats but once a week or every two weeks and if I have a social weeken I just enjoy it an get back on the next day... This is a slow journey but I'm winning ;-) xxx

I can't see your stats on my phone, how tall are you? You don't look like you have much left to lose!

Honest with clothes I don't look that bad but I'm quite wobbly in places and have back fat etc, I have a goal in mind but if I'm honest I'm prefer to reach my perfect picture then the actual number so I'll stop once all the wobbly bits don't wobbly anymore lol so I say 3 and a bit stone but that's a loose figure really xx
 
No need to thank me hun. I should thank you. I've a lot to lose and I thought 3st wouldn't make a difference cos I've so much to lose but wow what a difference in you. Great motivation for me for me to keep going.

You will be amazed how much better you will feel let alone look.... I just keep flicking through old photos now and thinking wow how did it take me so long to realise I needed to stop scoffing lol x
 
Can't believe how many people keep saying I am looking really nice - blokes especially, a real boost
I'm just so bad at accepting compliments and then wonder if they thought I was a tramp before hand haha
