    I felt really sorry for the him in the first video though - he looked depressed an utterly fed up. I wouldn't have the nerve to film myself like that - what a brave person!

    I'm glad he found the strength and motivation to lose the weight - just wish I could've seen the 'after' video.
    Starting weight - 20th Oct 2011 17st 11lb

    WK1 - 28th Oct - 17st 1lb (-10lb)
    WK2 - 4th Nov - 16st 13lb (-2lb)
    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    I saw it this time ... what an amazing transformation and what an amazing young man! All that weight - and without any WLS!!

    i hope he gets a doctor who'll do it for free! he deserves it.

    i didnt like the way his trainer was making out like 'we' lost 375lbs, and the diet ' he' did.
    it wasnt the trainer who did all the hard work lol.

    i wonder why he needs his teeth done?

    i've seen this before but it always astounds me. I think he might actually have already had his skin rmeoved if memory served, as he lost his nipples.
