    my rollercoaster diet is now stable

    i used to be slim no more than 145 pounds, but in 2006, the weight started pilling on, by 2007 i was 165 pounds and by 2008 i was 176 pounds, so i went on a diet and got down to 150 pounds.

    i hadnt really sorted my head out as by 2011 i was now 197 pounds and now classed as obese, i have awful stretch marks now but oh well.


    so aprill 2011 i started a diet and joined this forum, by the end of the year i got to 10 stone 10 and was very happy, but then again by february 2012 i had put on about 6 pounds anyway, i started to really think what i was doing and decided to give up alcohol, it was alcohol that was pulling me back even though i didnt exceed the goverment advice, by june i was 10 stone and although my weight has gone up 1 or 2 then dropped a few its staying around 10 stone, just weighed myself 9 stone 13, but im going out for a meal so as i said ill stay around 10 stone


    anyway just thought id post my topic, hope everyone is ok
