Help with a new diet
Bit of background info, basically last June I weighed around 210 pounds and I'm only 21 and 5 foot 9. I was pretty much all fat so I decided to stick to a very strict diet and from then till now I have lost around 65 pounds.
It was mainly low carb and low cal with a lot of cardio. Now I've got to my goal weight I'm obsessing about counting calories and I'm massively worried about gaining.
I still train 5 days a week, 2 hours of cardio and 3 hours of weight training but I'm worried about what to eat etc...
I eat very healthy Sunday to Friday then Saturday I tend to have a cheat day with a bad meal and alcohol, but all the time I'm counting calories. Any advice on how to stop would be really helpful!
