    question about fruit water

Here's what I do when I'm thirsty. Instead of drinking squash, plain water or fruit juice, I wash up a bunch of fruit and chop it up with some ice water. Fruit such as lemon and lime, strawberry, kiwi fruit, apple, orange, pear and cucumber, and then put some ice in it. Then I wait for it to settle and then drink it.

Question i had, is that do you get any of the vitamins from the fruit properly like this? Or do you have to actually eat the fruit? I know that the body treats solid and liquid separately, so is it worth 'drinking' vitamins if they're not even going to get absorbed properly?

Have you tried juicing fruit? Veggies? You can increase how many servings you get, and they taste so good
