Vodka, maybe not right, but works for me
Hi
This is my first post, but felt I had to share this.
Currently have a very stressful job, so a drink afterwards helps.
i was a beer drinker, but wanted to loose weight.
I have never drunk spirits before.
I have discovered I enjoy vodka with low cal (trace of carb) lime, soda water and a splash of angustura.
My diet is low carb.
Cheese burgers without the buns and kebabs without the pitta etc.
Lots of low carb veg Cauli and broccoli etc.
Snack on cheese.
Any way, I have gone from 14st 7LBs to 12st 8LB's in 2 months with no additional exercise.
I uesd keto sticks initally to see if I was in ketosis, but no longer bother.

To be fair, I switched from cider to gin and slimline tonic...I still drink a lot and I've lost weight...it's all relative. The worst damage drink does to weight is drinking high sugar drinks (cider!! Yum) and eating when you drink...it's not good way to lose weight, but a good observation on how you can still enjoy yourself but make better choices.
Still, top trolling if so
