 To be honest, I've no idea how I kept going - think my head was just in the right place and I'd reached the point where I was totally fed up of being the size I was and life had stopped being fun....... Cambridge works quickly and I could see the results so that gave me the incentive to carry on. Keep at it and don't cheat....you will get there......and way sooner than you think you will! Jem xx

My Mood:  Rep Power: 12 Diet: Cambridge | oh I hadnt seen the jeans photo Jem; you certainly have something to smile about. What ever it is you caught on the way to target I want some of please. I have lost 1 stone 8lbs so far at the end of week 5 .... just got to reach my first target. Chipping away at it and remaining upbeat and constantly inspired by your success. Way to go girl.
