Lovely to read it can happen.. goal weight AND a tummy tuck. Tummy skin is a fear of mine as I have sagging from coming down from 17st to 15st already.... so to get to goal will leave me somewhat like an empty bag.

    Hi,

I would like to lose four stones so that I can shift from being thirteen stones to nine stones. Just wondering did you shift your weight just by dieting or with exercising as well. Also can you tell me about the Cambridge diet and how long it took you to lose four stones. Thanks =)

You are an inspiration - I am looking to do something similar. I plan to go from 14 stone to 9 stone (or under) by august 2013. The only option I have is a healthy eating plan - do you think this is achievable?

Thats Awesome!!! I believe they should offer tummy tucks as standard to people who they would have referred for a band/bypass. Not everyone would take it up but you deserve it for all your hard work.
