My Mood:  Rep Power: 6  Diet: healthy eating | YAAAAAY SIZE 18!! OH.....MY....GOD. Went into New Look today to buy something to wear to a party tonight. As usual, went straight for the larger ladies section. Took a handful of things to the changing rooms and guess what.....the size 22 was toooo BIG for me!!!! YAAAAAAAY!!!! So i went to he normal size clothes and got a GORGEOUS green dress in a size 18!!!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!!! xxxxx

My Mood:  Rep Power: 4 Diet: Lifestyle change: eating less, exercising more! | That's fantastic Hezz!! It feels great doesn't it?!! Being able to shop in 'normal' shops has been one of the best things of losing weight so far for me. Shopping trips used to be out of pure necessity, and used to come home feeling awful! Now I enjoy them! Won't be too long before you're searching for 16's because your 18's are far too big!
__________________  Start: 19st 5lb ..... Current: 10st 6.5lb ..... Initial Target: 10st 5lb Have been 'eating less, exercising more' since early in 2007. Haven't got a final target in mind, but as they asked for one for my ticker, decided to go for 10st 5lb for starters, and then see what happens as I get closer to it!  |

Had a little 'blip' for 4 months during summer/autumn '08, but back on the 'band-wagon', and losing some of my slight regain now, plus lots more hopefully, with the help of SW!  This is my first target - to get under 200lb!!!  We're going to Disneyland Paris on 4th January '09, and i'm hoping to be under 15st 7lb before then. 10lb to go, as of 19-11-08  |
