All About W8 update

I've been on the All about w8 diet for 6 weeks now and lost 1st 7lbs and feel great. I would recommend this to anyone that has weight to lose and wants it off quickly. A little determination and lots of will power will drive you through your first couple of weeks, then I promise you it gets much easier. It's now more of a lifestyle choice for me, where food isn't at the centre of everything I do. With the maintenance plan I'm now getting all the neutrition that my body needs whilst eating some of the foods I missed over the last 6 weeks. I havent deprived myself, I've had my chocs, chinese and the odd Curry! Try It! it's worked for me.

Well done. I'm also following W8. I'm on week 4 AAM and will be weigh in on Tuesday. So far I loss 1 stone, not counting wk 4. This diet is brill. As u said with determination it can be done and the weight just melts again. Good luck on reaching target.
