Hey everyone, Im new here, my name is Liam. I made a change to my lifestyle back in March, I used to eat pizza, chips, chease, crisps, sausage rolls, everything you could think of, after a break up with my ex I started to lose weight without knowing it, and when I saw how much id lost, i decided to keep going with it, and the weight kept dropping off, as I said, that was back in March, here are my before and after pics.

Update: (7 May 2010) Hey guys just thought I would update you of whats been going on since i last posted in June 2009. Well, I've struggled to maintain my weight since coming to University, I did manage to get down to 13 stone in November, but slowly since then it has steadily increased back up to 14 stone, I'm now really struggling not to go over that 14 stone mark, im still eating really healthily but maybe just a bit too much of it, plus the drinking at university does not reall help. But hopefulle after uni finishes this month I shall be back in tip top shape
Update: (8 April 2013) Hi all, three years on from my last update, In January 2013 I had gained most of my weight back, going from 13.5st in 2009 to 18st this year, I was really down in the dumps and hated myself for putting all of that weight back on. So I decided to do something about it (again) I signed up for a r10k run in May this year and have so far lost 1.5st, putting at 16.5st. the weight is slowly coming off and I'm hopeful that by the time I race this time next month I will be somewhere in the region of 14st.
If anyone wants to know how I put the weight back on just let me know and I'll explain.
