Rep Power: 0 ![]() | orange juice hi guys, just wondering if there is a reason why it advises not to drink fresh orabge after banding. it says apple is ok but not orange. i love fresh orange and iv had a glass today with no problems. can it damage anything or is it just some people cant tolerate it thanks chel x |

I have a juicer and I do my own and water it down fractionally. You can make a few days batches in advance...yummy... My recipe is this, one apple, one pear, melon and lychee. Juice, and then put in jug in fridge....yummy. |
