3 Eggs Separated
6-8 level Tbsp Splenda
A few drops of Vanilla Extract
350g Virtually Fat Free Fromage Frais

Whisk whites till stiff then fold in splenda with a metal spoon.
Beat yolks and add vanilla, add to egg white and then fold in fromage frais.
Pour into a ice cream churn until mr whippy set or you can place in a freezer remembering to stir so the ice crystals don't set.

Hope you enjoy

I have bought my ice cream machine, got this one yesterday:

It is ace!!! I have already made a strawberry one & hubby & I have just sat & demolished a bowl of toffee ice cream with the choc & fudge alpen light sprinkled on - oh my word - heaven!!!

That looks so nice!

I have to be a pain in the bum now and remind people that babies and pregnant women cannot eat this due to the raw eggs.

All the more for me then! :D

Oh that looks fantastic! I've been threatening to retrieve the ice-cream maker out of hibernation and I think this has definitely decided it. Thanks :)

Can you add any flavourings into this, and still have it for free?

Thanks for the recipe - looks lovely and yummy

re flavorings could you add a mullerlight or other free yog - would that work do you think.
