Ice lollies

Am I right in thinking that I could make up my ice lolly rack up with sugar free cordial and water and they would be syn free ice lollies????

Yup, you're right! Frozen fruit is a nice alternative to ice lollies too - particularly grapes and pineapple segments :drool:

Yep! You can also make lollies out of your milk allowance - I have a very low-syn recipe for chocolate lolly ices on my blog, the link is in my signature.

The real minimilks have really helped me, they are either 1 or 1.5 syns depending on make. I LOVE the vanilla one and chocolate ones. Multipacks at most supermarkets

lol I did this too but had mixed results, first time was great as I dont think it froze too much.. second time I'd left it in there for a couple of days and I needed a pick axe to eat it! I def. want to perfect the technique as if the mint choc ones taste like mint choc chip then I can stop using all my syns on treats lol

I was thinking about ice lollies today when I was sorting out my freezer and definitely need to find some syn free/low syn lollies (other than making my own)
