I have just DEVOURED the most delicious lunch! Normally i'm not one to blow my own trumpet, but OH MY this was good!!

Burgers:
Extra Lean Mince (fresh is better than frozen)
A LOT of coriander (i used a whole plant)
2 large onions
garlic ( i used about 6 cloves)
squirt of tomoato puree

blend the onion, and the garlic and tomatoe puree, and finally the coriander once it's been blended. Then gradually add the mince. Once it is all blended form into patties and chill ( i kept them folded individually in grease proof paper). These are nice grilled, BBQ'd or on a George Foreman!

Dip:
Fat Free Natural Yoghurt
LIME marmalade (only a little)
Chilli Powder
Corriander (finely chopped)

Mix all of the ingredients to your taste and requirements. REMEMBER TO SYN THE JAM!

I served mine with a stir fry, and i've also had it with a lovely crisp salad!

Enjoy!

Sounds lovely, x

nothing tastes as good as being slim feels

Ooh sounds delicious! We're having a barbeque on monday, so I may bring along a little of this dip!

That sounds really nice and I will be trying these so thank you for posting this...I've also found if I don't have the time to cook and make from scratch that sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Quarter Pounders from the frozen section are nice, they can be cooked from frozen too and it only takes about 30 minutes (I just put them in the oven and turn half way through) and they're only 1 (one) syn each and cost £2.49 for a pack of four in my local store
